We have two levels of inspections available where a Casa team member will attend the property and carry out the inspection, reporting back to you within 48hrs. These pre-purcahse inspections are NOT an alternative to a surveyor, we strongly advise using a surveyor and Casa Building to avoid any nasty surprises.

Inspection Level One

Casa Building Solutions Level 1 Visual Survey is the least detailed survey out of the two available. It provides a basic inspection report along with a general overview of a property’s condition highlighting significant issues but without detailed investigation. This survey is suitable for conventional properties in good condition and are no more than 5 years old. For more comprehensive assessments, higher-level surveys like a Level 2 may be recommended.
