PJH Architectural Services  are an architectural practice with offices in Swinton & Leigh, Manchester. The business was established in 2011 and cover’s all of Greater Manchester, Cheshire and surrounding areas, assisting clients with their home extensions, new builds and commercial endeavours. Our services typically include:

  • Design concept and feasibility studies.
  • Honest and comprehensive upfront design advice and assistance ranging from planning requirements through to providing rough concept build costs, which help provide clients with the confidence to proceed with a project.
  • Design and space planning.
  • Detailed planning drawings and application submissions to Local Authorities.
  • Detailed and comprehensive tender and construction package drawings.
  • Building Control submissions.

We also offer optional on-site services inclusive of:

  • Construction stage services.
  • Ongoing builder/client liaison.
  • On site supervision and snagging/sign off.

    Aaron and the team completed our project very quckly and to a high standard. The structural work was done very efficiently and any time lost to unforeseen challenges was quickly made up by the team.     Excellent job from start to finish, the workes were very tidy which helped a lot, come rain or shine they were here working inside if they couldn’t outside. Overall were extremely happy with the job they’ve done and we absolutley love our new extension.
